We are a comprehensive Concussion–TBI medical clinic serving the entire Bay Area and Sacramento. We specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Our mission is to provide patients and referring providers with accurate, timely, and comprehensive neurodiagnostic and objective-TBI services that guide recovery and care decisions.
Our physician, Said M. Ibrahimi, M.D., Q.M.E., is a dual-boarded Neurologist and Brain Injury Medicine specialist, bringing advanced expertise and compassion to every patient evaluation. Dr. Ibrahimi is one of the first group of Brain Injury Sub-Specialized Neurologists in the country and has been diagnosing and treating TBI/Concussion for over 15 years. Dr. Ibrahimi and his team work collaboratively to ensure each patient receives thorough, individualized care.
We offer advanced neurodiagnostic and therapeutic services, including Electromyography/Nerve Conduction Studies (EMG/NCS), Electroencephalograms (EEGs), VAT/ENG studies, and Objective TBI Testing such as EYE BOX Concussion Assessment, Computer Cognitive Evaluation, and EEG/ERP studies. In addition, we also offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy for depression associated with TBI/Concussion.
Dr. Ibrahimi is also an experienced Qualified Medical Examiner in Worker’s Compensation and provides QME evaluations, and IME-Expert Witness evaluations for civil cases for both Plaintiff and Defense parties.
